Hello !!! I am Fil and I welcome you to my blog. Since I was a kid, I have always wanted to be healthy and fit. I used to play football, basketball, volleyball, run, and generally, I used to be very active. Then, I had to serve my army service, as a Paratrooper in the Hellenic Special Forces, which re-enforced in me, the ancient Hellenic proverb: “Α Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body.” – Plato.
So, I have always tried to be active, and look after my physical and mental health … Going to the gym at least 5-6 days, between 6 – 7 o’clock in the morning, has become a habit for the last few years. I always joke with people when they ask me how many times I go to the gym, by answering: “Every day, except Sundays and Bank Holidays !!!”
But, also, one of the most frequently asked questions has been: “What do you take and you are always so happy, full of energy, you have never caught a cold, and you seem very fit and in a good shape – for your age !!! They left the best for the end !!! Hahaha … God bless them !!! So, I decided to build this blog, in order to answer to these questions and share “My Secrets”, but also, to share my personal experience on the products I use, which might be helpful to some people.
Obviously, the rule is always “You Are What You Eat”, but due to our sports activities and hobbies, our hectic lifestyle, the lack of time and its consequences -such as, not enough time to exercise, to cook, to eat, etc., the lack of nutrients in our food due to the over-farming, and a lot of other reasons, we resolve in adding some supplements in our daily routine. But let’s not forget our mental improvement as well … A lot of people, including me, try to expand their knowledge on specific topics they are interested in, but also, look into their personal development as well. So, you will see a variety of posts in my blog, from supplements to gym hardware to books. I hope that you will enjoy them.
