Today, it is my Birthday !!! So, I decided to share something which has been changing my life since I came across it and it may change yours as well !!!

Oh my goodness !!! What a discovery, what a book !!! If you haven’t read it, or, if you haven’t watched the dvd, I would strongly recommend that you should !!! It is a must, it is a requirement as it may help you to change your life and become who you want to be; you can use it if you want some motivation, or, to improve your mood when you feel under the weather !!! Actually, you can use it at any time !!! This book/video may help you in every aspect of your life, – health, happiness, money, relationships, and with everything else in your life, assuming that you apply the principles. It is written by Rhonda Byrne.

I am Hellene … I think you should know that by now !!! Hahaha … We have a lot of proverbs in my country, and I believe, that you have similar proverbs in your country, wherever you are … And I thought that these proverbs were words coming from old wise people.

And then, a business associate recommended this dvd to me. I almost cried when I watched it for the first time, and, when I watched it a few more times, and started absorbing the content and understanding what it was about, then I realised that the majority of those proverbs were known truths from centuries ago … The Bible refers to them, and famous philosophers, scientists, inventors, prominent people, people of great power and of great minds, such as Plato, Socrates, Galileo, Einstein, Edison, Carnegie, and others, have talked about them, or, shall I say … It !!! The Secret !!!

I love watching the dvd over and over again, especially, when I am stressed, distressed, upset, and under the weather, as it makes me feel better and then, more optimistic and stronger. I am more a visual type of person, hence my preference to watching the dvd again and again than reading the book.

Another thing I love about the dvd is the selection of the people who have contributed to the making of the Secret, such as, Bob Proctor (Philisopher, Author & Personal Coach), Dr. Joe Vitale (Metaphysician, Marketing Specialist & Author), John Asaraf (Entrepreneur & Money-Making Expert), Jack Canfield (Author, Teacher, Life Coach & Motivational Speaker), Dr. John De Martini (Philosopher, Chiropractor, Healer & Personal Transformation Specialist), Dr. Denis Waitley (Physiologist and Trainer in the field of Mind Potential), Michael Bernard Beckwith (Visionary & Founder of The Agape International Spiritual Centre),  Bob Doyle (Author & Law of Attraction Specialist), Mike Dooley (Author & International Speaker), Lisa Nichols (Author & Personal Empowerment Advocate), Dr. Fred Alan Wolf (Quantum Physicist, Lecturer & Award-Winning Author, Bill Harris (Teacher & Founder of CentrePoint Research Institute) and others.

The way they talk is so simple but very powerful and what makes it so much more enticing, compelling, motivational, emotional, that it makes you want to get up and take the power of your life in your hands is … the music !!! Rhonda uses some absolutely powerful pieces of music such as the theme from the film The Gladiator (by  Lisa Gerrard, Hans Zimmer), Trailblazing (by Steve Jablonsky), The Journey (by X-Ray Dog), Purple Reign (by Jim Dooley), Great Beast of Wisdom (by Mars Lasar) and others. I just LOVE the first three !!!

Also, the Secret opened a whole world of information to me. I got to know about motivational speakers who I didn’t know that they existed, books and videos that not only could help me in my personal life, but in my business as well, and since then, I spend more time in my personal development, something which has helped me a lot !!! Actually, this project/blog of mine is a result of watching the Secret and some other motivational videos !!! And more projects are to follow !!!
